I’m Amanda,

Integrative Mind-Body Therapist.

You might be here because you feel caught in patterns you can’t seem to break — seemingly automatic cycles of overthinking, overworking, emotional reactivity, avoidance, or constant distraction.

Beneath these patterns often live deeper struggles: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. These patterns aren't random, but rooted in how your mind, body, and nervous system learned to survive.

Change can start here — with your mind, your body, and your world.

And I'm here to walk it with you.

Approach

I integrate my training and experience as a Psychologist and Life Coach — blending trauma-informed psychotherapy, performance-oriented coaching, somatic practices, and psychoeducation — to help growth-seekers turn stress into strength. I work with clients around the world to build awareness, self-understanding, and sustainable change across three levels:

  1. The Mind (thinking patterns, beliefs)

  2. The Heart (emotions, feelings)

  3. The Body (sensations, tension, pain)

From a place of clarity and possibility, we retrain both mind and body — creating shifts from tension to ease, from bracing to trust, and from survival mode to a deeper sense of confidence and safety within.

Client Outcomes

T.Z. from Singapore —

“Amanda transformed my life. I went from being in constant fight-or-flight mode (from work, relationships, and the accumulation of my hustle mindset for so many years) to be calm, happy, and healthy. I have been battling an autoimmune disease and was also able to achieve remission during my time with Amanda. She helped me understand what I truly struggled with (and it was not what I thought it was when I went into my first session hah!) and was able to guide me through my thoughts and what I needed to live an authentic and joyous life. She taught me how to regulate my nervous system and how to calm my mind and body. Thank you Amanda for helping turn my life around 180 and live the life I dreamt of!”

H.K. from Hong Kong —

“I’ve been working for over 15 years in the financial services industry and was at a critical juncture in my career. Amanda helped me navigate the complex decisions I needed to make in a short timeframe. Her ability to guide me, enabling me to make informed choices and helping me understand the reasons for those choices, was excellent. I would highly recommend her as a therapist to anyone!”

H.B. from Indonesia —

“Amanda has better equipped me to face emotionally-triggering situations. She has fully convinced me of the body-mind connection. I'm able to pause in high stress situations - listen to my body - and respond in a productive, empowered, and less victimizing way.

I’ve been in talk therapy for over a year with another counselor, and yet, Amanda's been able to uncover many new perspectives for my same old problems. She speaks and asks questions in a direct yet thoughtful way, allowing me to unlearn old thinking patterns that I've been working for years to break. Beyond the talk, she's practical and gives immediately-applicable tools versus my other therapists who seem "softer" in their approach. Amanda's far more effective per minute of session!”
