Through psychotherapy, coaching, breathwork, and nervous system education, we’ll build the awareness, clarity, and habits you need to feel more grounded and resilient — in work, relationships, and life.

I design and lead workshops that help people understand their stress responses, build emotional awareness, and learn accessible tools they can take into daily life. From corporate groups to collaborative events with other practitioners, I tailor each session to the needs of the people in the room — blending education, reflection, and embodied practices.
